Our region understands that at times there are reasons that a player may not continue with the soccer season after registering. There are some important steps to follow when requesting a refund.

All request for a registration refund must be made in writing by sending an email to [email protected]. Player's name, age, reason for request and a mailing address for the refund, must be included in the email.

Registrations refunds requested prior to July 23rd will receive all monies paid except for the $25 AYSO membership Fee.

Any request made after July 23rd will be adjusted for any costs incurred. The $25 AYSO membership Fee is nonrefundable.

All refunds must be approved at a board meeting, which are held every 4 to 6 weeks. This may result in a delay of a refund. A refund check will only be issued to the name on check, or in case of cash payment, the name on the receipt. For payments made by Credit Card, a refund will be credited back to the credit card.

If at any time the season has to be cancelled due to Covid-19, all costs incurred will NOT be refunded (uniforms, membership fees, etc.).
